Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Maryland (On-site)
Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
United Group Home Builders is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of residential developments. This role works closely with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with our quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating day-to-day construction activities
Track project timelines, documentation, and deliverables
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Support site operations and reporting as needed
Help maintain consistency across build phases
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction, real estate development, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
